I just signed up, what now?

Welcome to Cratejoy your SALAD SUBSCRIPTION site, we’re so excited making your life more unapologetically awesome! Here are a few things we recommend you do after signup:

  1. Get familiar with your account.
  2. Log in to “Account Settings” and double check your order, wether or not you selected chicken or veggie, what add ins or do not wants did you specify” as well as “Delivery Information” and “Delivery Schedule” to ensure we have the most up to date information on your delivery preferences, make sure to include the phone number that you can be reached at during the delivery timeframe.
  3. Follow us on Facebook, and Instagram for great what is happening at FRESHJUNKIE.

How do I log into my crate joy account?

Customers can log into their accounts by going to your website and clicking the "Login" button, then entering their e-mail address and password

How do I update incorrect account information?

They would log into their account, and in the customer account page edit any information that might be incorrect

How do I skip a week or more of delivery?

They would just log into their account, select Edit on the subscription they want to edit, then click "Skip Renewal”. If you are needing to skip more than one week at a time, you will have to go in each week to skip.

Can I skip a more than one week of delivery?

You have to log in each week to skip a week of delivery

What is the cutoff day to skip a renewal?

The cutoff day to skip a renewal is Friday at 12pm CSTa

What do I do if my delivery has not arrived in the selected timeframe?

When will you charge my card?

Your card will be charged on the same day each billing cycle. For example: If you started your subscription on July5 then you will be re-billed on August 5.

How do I change my order after one week of deliveries?

You log into your account, and go to your account settings, and you can change your order there.

If I hit the option to have my deliveries placed in a cooler how long do you guarantee freshness?

As we have no control how long your cooler will be outside or how adequate your ice packs will be, we don’t make guarantees on cooler drop offs. If you get your salads into the refrigerator within 2 hours of delivery. They should last 5 days.

How long will the salads last in my refrigerator?

The salads will be good for 5 days. They are prepared with the dressing on the side, and any dry items such as croutons are placed in a separate sealed container.
